The 2016 Dodge RAM 1500 is a light duty diesel pickup truck with versatility and attitude. It comes in a wide variety of different trims to suit every kind of truck enthusiast. Performance
Most of the RAM 1500 models have a 3.6 Liter V6 engine. The Rebel takes it up a notch with its 5.7 Liter HEMI V8. You can hear it coming from a block away. That HEMI V8 puts out 395 horsepower and 410 lb. ft. of torque. It can go from zero to 60 in just over seven seconds. Surprisingly, it’s not a gas guzzler either. In fact, the Rebel gets 15 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway*. Tight and controlled steering help to keep the power balanced and prevents the rear from getting lose. All this power is pair standard with an automatic transmission.
Interior
The interior of the Rebel 1500 has a bold red and black design. The motif is everywhere. The steering wheel has black and red stitching. The air conditioning vents have bright red trim and the Rebel logo is stitched onto the glove box cover, as well. At a glance, the Rebel interior screams new age sport. The seats are comfortable and roomy with red siding and distinctive tire tread patterns on the face. If you look down to the floorboards, you'll also see this same pattern repeated.
Features
The Dodge RAM 1500 Rebel has some pretty impressive features to help you stay connected on the go. Your hands never have to come off the steering wheel because it’s got voice activated navigation and Bluetooth capability.
